Permitted use

Use DJ Nanaz only for lawful purposes and only with music or media you are authorized to access and use.

No music license

DJ Nanaz does not provide public-performance, synchronization, mechanical, reproduction, broadcasting, or distribution rights. Users are solely responsible for obtaining required permissions and licenses.

Third-party services

Apple Music authorization, library actions, catalog availability, and playback are governed by Apple’s terms and may change, become unavailable, or vary by subscription, device, browser, storefront, or rights territory.

Local mixing and recording

Deck A, Deck B, effects, automatic crossfading, and mix recording are intended only for audio the user owns or is authorized to use. Do not use the recording feature to copy protected subscription streams or violate third-party rights.

Availability and event use

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, latency, audio quality, playlist accuracy, or fitness for a live event. Users should test their device, browser, output system, and backup plan before relying on DJ Nanaz at an event.

Local files

Do not select files containing unlawful content, malware, or material you are not permitted to access, perform, reproduce, or distribute.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARINAZ LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
