This policy explains how ARINAZ LLC handles information through DJNanaz.com.

Local audio and recordings

Audio files selected for Deck A, Deck B, waveform analysis, automatic mixing, or recording are processed locally in the visitor’s browser and are not intentionally uploaded by this release. Mix recordings are generated locally and downloaded directly to the visitor’s device.

Audio-output permission

The console may request audio-device permission so a compatible browser can reveal available output-device labels. DJ Nanaz does not intentionally record or retain microphone audio through that permission. Visitors may instead choose a paired Bluetooth or wired output in their device settings.

Apple Music

When a visitor connects Apple Music, Apple handles account authorization, subscription status, catalog data, library-playlist requests, and protected playback under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. A short-lived Apple developer token is generated by a Netlify Function. The Apple private signing key remains in Netlify environment variables and is not sent to the browser.

Browser storage and analytics

Essential local storage may remember cookie-consent choices. Optional analytics are disabled unless accepted, and no analytics provider is configured in this release.

Data rights and contact

Visitors may request information about applicable privacy rights or this policy through the contact details published by ARINAZ LLC. Legal rights vary by location.

Children

DJ Nanaz is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
